• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have DACA status

• High school students with a minimum 3.0 GPA

• Attend a high school within Baltimore city

Application Requirements:​

• School transcript (official or unofficial)

• Written essay (Describe how your life experiences have shaped you into the person you are today, 650 words limit)
